Partners · for agents and property managers

The knock-back doesn’t have to be the end of the conversation.

You decline applications every week that just needed better paperwork. Hand those renters a code: they get $20 off a professional once-over of their application, and each sale pays you $25. No ABN needed, no forms, no portal to learn.

How it works

  1. You hand over the code. On a card, in a text, in the decline email. The link carries the code and nothing else: frontofthepile.com.au/assist/?p=YOURCODE.
  2. They get $20 off Application Assist. The team’s full application review: documents checked and built, a household income summary an assessor can actually read, and coaching on how to put their best foot forward. $199 for one or two people, so $179 with your code, incl. GST.
  3. Each paid order books you $25. Paid monthly as an e-gift card, or against your invoice if you’d rather and you’re set up for it. Your page here shows sales, what’s owing and what’s been paid. Counts and dollars only: we never show you who bought.

The one rule that matters

The code is help with a service, never a leg-up. It must never be presented as improving an application with you or your agency. Front of the Pile is independent preparation help for the renter, wherever they apply next. The partner terms put this in writing, and a code that is used that way gets paused.

By invitation

Partner codes are set up by the team, one by one. If you’re an agent or property manager and want one, write to hello@frontofthepile.com.au with your name and agency. You’ll get your code, the terms, and a ready-to-send blurb back.

The email you gave the team, a six-digit code back, no password. Same as everything else on this site.

Renters: this page is for the agents, but the thinking is yours to see. When someone introduces you to help that gets you housed, we reckon that’s earned a thank-you, so we pay them one, and you get $20 off. That’s the whole arrangement. If someone gave you a code, it comes off automatically at checkout. The privacy page says exactly what a code records: the partner sees counts and amounts, never your name.
