To deliver what you bought or requested: sending the checklist and tips, delivering the Playbook and its 12 months of update emails, and performing your Application Assist review. We do not sell personal information, and we never share your application documents with agents, landlords or anyone else.
Documents are accepted only through the secure upload channel provided after purchase — never by ordinary email. Before uploading you'll be told exactly what's needed and what to redact — irrelevant bank transactions, account numbers and other sensitive information wherever possible (Queensland agents cannot request transaction statements anyway). Documents are used solely to perform your review and are deleted within 30 days of the review being completed.
You only receive emails you signed up for. Every marketing email includes a working one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honoured immediately. We record when and how you gave consent.
If analytics run on this site, they measure page visits and button clicks in aggregate. No analytics are enabled until they're disclosed here.
