What an account holds: your email address, and which of the free tools you've finished. That's the lot. No documents, no ID, no income figures, nothing about your tenancy. Stored in Sydney with Supabase. See the privacy policy.

The tap is deliberate, not red tape. Plenty of work email systems open every link in a message to check it's safe, and a sign-in that completed on its own would be used up by that check before you ever saw it. A button needs a person.

A plan is saved only when you press Save to my account on a tool’s result: the result, and the numbers and choices you gave the tool, never your name, email, address or income. Only you can see it, not the team. Delete one here, or all of them with Delete my data.

This email is on the team list. The board, every order, the review builder and the notes bubble are at /team/. Same sign-in, then your PIN.
Delete my data
Removes everything your account holds and signs you out. It can't be undone.
Straight answers on the limits: this wipes your file, but your email address stays on the sign-in record until we remove it by hand, and any documents you uploaded for an Application Assist review are deleted by the team: within 60 days of your review being delivered, or the same day you ask. Email hello@frontofthepile.com.au and we'll finish it off. We'd rather tell you that than claim more than we do.
