The Rental Playbook — 30-day satisfaction refund
On top of your legal rights, the Playbook carries a voluntary 30-day satisfaction refund: if within 30 days of purchase you don't believe it made your application stronger, email hello@frontofthepile.com.au from your purchase email with the name on your order, and you'll receive a full refund. No forms, no argument. You may keep the templates.
Application Assist
- Before your documents are reviewed: full refund on request.
- After the review has been delivered: the service has been performed, so the voluntary refund doesn't apply — but if the review is late, incomplete against the published scope, or otherwise not what was promised, contact us and we'll put it right with a revision, partial refund or full refund as appropriate, consistent with your Australian Consumer Law rights.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval, via our payment provider.
