Turnaround
Delivery within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, Queensland time, public holidays excluded) — the clock starts when your complete documents are received through the secure upload channel. If something's missing, you'll be told what, and the clock pauses until it arrives.
Document handling
- Documents are accepted only through the secure upload link provided after purchase — never by ordinary email.
- You'll be told exactly what's needed and what to redact before uploading — irrelevant bank transactions, account numbers and other sensitive details wherever possible. We never ask for bank transaction statements (Queensland agents can't request them either). If a voluntary extra document strengthens your case, we'll tell you; if it's just noise, we'll tell you that too.
- Documents are used solely to perform your review and deleted within 30 days of completion (see the privacy policy).
Explicitly not included
- No guarantee, prediction or implication of rental approval
- No contact, communication or negotiation with your agent, property manager or prospective landlord
- No submission of applications on your behalf
- No property search, inspection attendance or tenant representation
- No legal, financial or tenancy-law advice
- No advice to offer above advertised rent, pay excess rent in advance, or omit or misstate any information
Your part
You're responsible for the truth and accuracy of everything in your application. The review improves how your genuine circumstances are presented — it never invents or conceals anything.
Refunds
See the refund policy. In short: full refund any time before the review is performed; after delivery, problems are made right by revision, partial or full refund consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
