Partner terms · version 1 · 15 October 2026

The partner terms, in plain words.

Nine short clauses. The fifth one is the whole reason the rest can exist, so if you read only one, read that one.

1. What this is

A referral arrangement between you and Front of the Pile (operated by The Organisation Collective Pty Ltd, ABN 68 678 477 239). You hand renters your code; we do the rest. You are not our agent, employee or representative, you can’t make promises on our behalf, and nothing here creates a partnership in the legal sense, whatever the page is called.

2. The code and the discount

Your code takes $20 off Application Assist for the renter, applied on the payment page. One code per purchase, and codes never combine with any other code or offer. We can change or end the program for future sales with 14 days’ notice by email; anything already accrued to you is always honoured.

3. The commission

$25 for each paid Application Assist order that comes through your code (by link or typed at checkout), unless we’ve agreed a different rate with you in writing. Not commissionable: test orders, free orders, add-a-person and change top-ups, and orders refunded in full before payout. An order refunded in full after you’ve been paid nets off your next statement instead.

4. Getting paid

Monthly, for whatever has accrued. The default is an e-gift card to your email, which needs no ABN and no invoice. If you have an ABN and would rather invoice, say so: your partner page shows the amount owing, you invoice us for it (add GST only if you’re registered for it), and we pay it. Either way the payment reference is recorded against your ledger.

5. The one rule that matters

The code is help, never a leg-up. You must never present Application Assist as improving an applicant’s chances with you, your agency, or any particular property you manage, and never make the code look like a condition, shortcut or inside track. It is independent preparation help for the renter, wherever they apply next. Breaching this clause ends the arrangement immediately and forfeits commission on the affected sales. This protects the renter, you, your licence conversations, and us, in that order.

6. Your own obligations stay yours

Your employer’s policies and your licensing and disclosure obligations are yours to know and keep. Nothing in this program asks you to breach them, and if disclosing this arrangement to your principal or a client is required where you work, disclose it.

7. The code itself

It’s yours personally, not your office’s, unless we’ve set it up that way. Hand it to real people; don’t post it on coupon or deal sites or anywhere built for strangers to harvest it. We can pause or end a code at any time (we’ll tell you why); whatever had already accrued still gets paid.

8. Privacy, both directions

You see counts and amounts, never identities: we will not tell you who bought, and asking won’t change that. What we hold about you is your name, agency, email, region, your code and your ledger, handled as the privacy page describes. A renter can see what a code records about them on the same page.

9. The boring bits

Queensland law governs. We can update these terms with 14 days’ notice by email; sharing your code after that is acceptance. If any clause turns out unenforceable, the rest stand. Questions, corrections, or a clause you think is unfair: hello@frontofthepile.com.au, and you’ll get a straight answer.
